HOWEVER IF YOU GO AHEAD AND REGISTER, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MAKE OTHER ACCOMODATIONS FOR YOU AT A HOTEL THAT WILL BE CLOSE TO US. THIS WILL STILL ALLOW YOU TO BE A PART OF THE CONFERENCE DURING THE DAY AND NIGHT THE ONLY DIFFERENCE WILL BE THAT YOU WILL RETURN TO YOUR HOTEL ROOM AT NIGHT.
